We seek a person who will join our **\#RumboSacyr** and help us continue improving people’s lives. **Functional Aspects and Context of the Position:** * The position requires performing traffic control and management tasks on roads and access points associated with the concession. * Work involves constant interaction with operational teams, road safety personnel, maintenance staff, and middle management. * Requires strong attention to detail, memory, decision-making ability, and capacity to manage under pressure. * Frequent mobility across the concession network and availability for fieldwork, including shifts or emergency situations. **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Monitor and supervise vehicular flow in assigned sectors, applying traffic management procedures established by the concession. * Implement and verify compliance with the Traffic Management Plan (TMP) and Conservation Plan during daily operations. * Coordinate temporary and permanent signage, diversions, and closures required to ensure road safety during construction works and emergencies. * Monitor proper operation of traffic control equipment and facilities (cameras, VMS panels, barriers) and report incidents to the maintenance department. * Receive, record, and manage alerts and incidents, communicating them to relevant teams and the client according to established protocols. * Collaborate in preparing and delivering contractual reports and information requested by the client within stipulated deadlines. * Participate in planning and executing road safety drills, operations, and campaigns. * Provide on-site support during contingency periods, accidents, or scheduled works requiring traffic control and regulation. **We seek a candidate meeting the following requirements and competencies:** * Technical or university degree in Traffic Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Road Safety, or related fields; or accredited experience in operational road traffic control. * Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in similar roles under concession contracts, toll operations, or road management companies (mandatory). * In-depth knowledge of traffic management, road regulations, road safety procedures, and road infrastructure conservation. * Proficiency in Office tools (advanced level) and ability to prepare technical reports and documentation. * Valid Class B driver’s license. * Strong oral and written communication skills, organizational capacity, coordination ability, and operational activity control. * Availability for fieldwork, shift work, and travel within the concession area. * Certifications in road safety, traffic management courses, or related postgraduate studies will be positively considered. **Personal Competencies:** * Orientation toward order and attention to detail. * Ability to work in teams and coordinate across departments. * Proactivity, problem-solving ability, and results orientation. * Responsibility and commitment to safety and procedural compliance. **What We Offer:** * Social benefits, work-life balance policies, flexible compensation, diversity initiatives, and recognition programs. * Personal and professional development through continuous training programs and opportunities for internal and international mobility. * The chance to be part of a dynamic work environment focused on collaborative intelligence, excellence, and comprehensive social responsibility.
