Warehouse Analyst

Description

Job Summary: Responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and dispatching electrical materials, as well as inventory control and warehouse maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Manages electrical materials and equipment in accordance with safety regulations. 2. Controls and updates inventories using ERP systems. 3. Coordinates with teams for replenishment of critical materials. 1. Receives, inspects, and registers electrical materials and equipment according to delivery notes and purchase orders. 2. Verifies compliance with technical specifications of received products (voltage, gauge, connection type, etc.). 3. Stores products in accordance with electrical safety standards, preventing damage from moisture, temperature, or improper contact. 4. Controls and updates inventory in the ERP system or management software (SAP, Oracle, or other). 5. Prepares and dispatches materials requested by project, maintenance, distribution, or contractor departments. 6. Conducts periodic and annual physical inventories, reconciling discrepancies with digital systems. 7. Coordinates with procurement and electrical engineering departments for replenishment of critical or scarce materials. 8. Prepares reports on receipts/shipments, obsolescence, turnover, and storage status of products. 9. Maintains warehouse order and cleanliness, following industrial safety guidelines. 10. Supports internal or external audits and collaborates in continuous improvement processes. Employment Type: Full-time
