We are looking for a **Warehouse Assistant** responsible for ensuring the correct receipt, storage, control, rotation, and delivery of raw materials, supplies, and packaging used in production processes, thereby ensuring inventory accuracy, compliance with food safety and quality standards, and timely supply to production. Responsibilities * Receive raw materials, supplies, and packaging, verifying quantities, condition, expiration dates, labeling, and documentation. * Store products correctly, ensuring order, identification, and appropriate preservation conditions. * Deliver supplies to production promptly according to orders and established planning. * Apply the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory rotation system. * Maintain up-to-date physical and digital inventory records (Kardex). * Support weekly requirements planning (MRP) and report procurement needs to the Purchasing Department. * Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventories, including inventories for accounting closings. * Complete quality and production department forms and records. * Enter invoices and supporting documents for incoming supplies into assigned systems. * Perform cleaning and disinfection activities in the warehouse area under GMP standards. * Support operational activities assigned by the Production Coordinator. Requirements * High school diploma and/or technical degree in warehousing, logistics, or related fields. * Minimum of **1 year of experience as a Warehouse Assistant or Storekeeper**, preferably in food industry companies. * Knowledge of **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)**. * Basic knowledge of inventory management, Kardex, and document control. * Basic Excel and office software skills. * Knowledge of inventory rotation (FIFO) and storage organization.
