It may require the use of heavy machinery to perform assigned tasks. It also performs other duties as assigned. Perform designated operational activities including import receipt, picking, packing, inventory management, product inspection in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), storage, documentation, and quality standards. **Responsibilities** * **1\. Receipt of Goods** * Receive, inspect, and verify products against guidelines, invoices, and associated documents (imports and local purchases). * Validate quantities, physical condition, and expiration dates, where applicable. * Report promptly any discrepancies such as damaged, incomplete, or document-inconsistent items. * Sort goods according to storage conditions, including temperature control when required. * **2\. Storage and Organization** * Sort, locate, and store products on shelves or in designated areas per established guidelines. * Maintain order, proper labeling, and identification of locations. * Apply inventory rotation methodologies such as **FEFO**, based on product type. * **3\. Inventory Control** * Support execution of physical counts (cycle and full) and inventory audits. * Record incoming and outgoing product movements in defined systems. * Identify, analyze, and report inventory discrepancies or inconsistencies. * **4\. Order Preparation and Dispatch** * Execute **picking and packing** processes, ensuring accuracy in item references, quantities, and conditions. * Verify orders prior to dispatch, ensuring compliance with customer requirements. * Support loading and unloading activities, adhering to safety standards. * **5\. Order, Cleanliness, and Safety** * Maintain the warehouse in optimal conditions of order and cleanliness. * Comply with industrial safety regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Operate basic material handling equipment (e.g., manual pallet jack and forklift, when authorized and certified). * **6\. Administrative Support** * Record operational information in systems and/or control spreadsheets. * Manage filing of documents related to warehouse operations. * Support order processing in ERP systems (e.g., SAP). * Provide basic support in addressing internal or customer requests. **Requirements** * High school diploma, GED, or internationally recognized equivalent. * Warehouse experience (preferred). * Forklift operation experience (preferred). * Minimum 1 year of experience in related positions. * Knowledge of picking and packing processes, ensuring accurate order preparation and dispatch. * Proficiency in using manual pallet jacks for safe movement of goods. * Knowledge of physical inventory counting, stock control, and verification. * Ability to follow operational procedures and instructions, both internal company and customer-specific.
