Base Salary: $1.750.905 + Transportation Allowance + Overtime Premiums + Extra Hours Average Monthly Tips: $1.000.000 Working Hours: Sunday to Sunday with a mandatory day off. Shifts: Rotating according to operational needs. Main Responsibilities: * **Food Preparation and Cooking** — Execute recipes precisely, adhering to cooking techniques, cooking times, temperatures, and dish presentation. * **Mise en Place Management** — Organize and prepare all ingredients, utensils, and equipment before service to ensure smooth kitchen operations. * **Quality and Food Safety Control** — Verify ingredient freshness, apply hygienic food handling practices, and comply with sanitary standards. * **Inventory and Supply Management** — Monitor ingredient usage, minimize waste, assist with procurement, and ensure optimal storage conditions for all products. * **Team Coordination and Collaboration** — Work closely with other kitchen departments (pastry, grill, sauces, pizzeria) and front-of-house staff to guarantee timely delivery and consistent quality for every dish.
