Active communication and customer service Job Mission: Supervise and coordinate the execution of finishing and carpentry projects across multiple locations, ensuring quality, adherence to schedules, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: 1\. Project Supervision: \- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and work quality. \- Verify compliance with drawings and technical specifications. \- Identify and resolve technical and logistical issues. 2\. Customer Communication: \- Maintain ongoing communication with the customer to report project progress. \- Address customer inquiries and complaints. \- Coordinate meetings with the customer to discuss project changes or adjustments. 3\. Measurement and Cutting of Materials: \- Perform precise measurements of spaces and materials. \- Coordinate on-site cutting according to drawings and specifications. \- Verify the quality and accuracy of cuts. 4\. Personnel Management: \- Supervise and coordinate construction personnel (carpenters, assistants, etc.). \- Assign tasks and responsibilities. \- Monitor personnel productivity and performance. 5\. Quality and Safety Control: \- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards on site. \- Identify and correct deviations or non-compliances. 6\. Documentation and Reporting: \- Maintain accurate site records (drawings, measurements, changes, etc.). \- Prepare periodic reports on project progress. Requirements: Motorcycle or car \- Experience in supervising finishing and carpentry construction projects. \- Knowledge of drawings and technical specifications. \- Communication and leadership skills. \- Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure. \- Knowledge of construction safety and quality standards.
