We are looking for a **Customs Operations Assistant** to support scanning, classification, control, and clearance processes for shipments under the **Postal Traffic and Express (Courier)** modality. You will be responsible for ensuring proper traceability of goods, verification of waybills, and compliance with the company's established operational and security procedures. Requirements: * High school diploma. * Technical training in Logistics or related fields is desirable. * Minimum 6 months of experience in logistics, warehouses, distribution centers, courier/messenger services, or freight transportation. * Experience managing inventories, scanning, and goods control. * Familiarity with scanners and traceability tools. * Experience in airport operations is desirable. Main Responsibilities: * Perform physical scanning and verification of waybills and goods. * Classify shipments by route, destination, or carrier. * Record movements in control and traceability systems. * Prepare and hand over cargo to distribution vehicles. * Report anomalies, inconsistencies, or discrepancies identified. * Support inventory counts and operational controls. * Ensure compliance with security and quality procedures.
