




Position Summary: We are seeking an education professional to create active and participatory learning environments that foster holistic learning and development, implementing the Institutional Educational Project. Safe Recruitment Policies will be implemented prior to confirming any appointment. * Understand and implement the Institutional Educational Project in the subject(s) assigned. * Participate in the design, development, and implementation of the area plan, curriculum plan, and other activities and projects specific to the area. * Effectively prepare and implement lesson plans, learning experiences, or school events, aligning them with national curriculum guidelines issued by the Ministry of National Education, as well as international curricula implemented in each school—such as HighScope (Early Childhood) and IB (Secondary)—integrated with emotional well-being programs and/or approaches. * Execute lesson plans and other activities to achieve key developmental indicators or holistic formation objectives (cognitive, socio-affective, socio-cultural, aesthetic, communicative, transcendental, and physical). * Carry out monitoring, follow-up, and record-keeping processes for indicators under one’s responsibility. \- Demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude (project enthusiasm\- passion for teaching) to develop and improve pedagogical, administrative, and community-related practices. * Foster a positive organizational climate by demonstrating receptive, respectful, collaborative, analytical, reflective, and critical attitudes—enabling collective growth, strengthening teamwork, and reinforcing institutional belonging. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Teacher training certificate, bachelor’s degree, or professional degree in fields related to the position. * Experience: 2 years in teaching * Minimum English proficiency level: B2 **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira—a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
