Administrative management, reporting, and compliance with safety regulations. * Position Objective: Support operational activities related to fire network systems, including maintenance, repair, modifications, and renovations, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and proper administrative management. * Position Responsibilities: **Operational Supervision and Control** * + Supervise maintenance activities and oversee tasks performed by assigned personnel. + Coordinate and verify proper execution of preventive and corrective maintenance. + Apply procedures to ensure equipment remains in good condition. + Conduct periodic site visits to work fronts and construction sites.**Work Management and Monitoring** + Verify adherence to schedules and work plans. + Monitor procedure implementation and take timely corrective actions. + Report work results to the project engineer or team leader. + Report conditions or incidents affecting service delivery.**Personnel Coordination** + Coordinate, direct, and provide instructions to technical and auxiliary teams. + Train and monitor field personnel. + Verify team competencies and regulatory compliance.**Administrative Management and Reporting** + Prepare technical reports and monthly reports. + Report activity execution and contract outcomes. + Manage project expenses and submit supporting documents to the accounting department. + Participate in monitoring and control meetings.**Safety, Quality, and Compliance (HSEQ)** + Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. + Halt unsafe work activities and control on-site risks. + Report incidents, unsafe conditions, and participate in investigations. + Promote safety, environmental, and quality culture.**Technical Service Management** + Perform maintenance, repairs, renovations, and modifications on fire protection systems. + Respond to emergencies involving equipment and systems. + Immediately report failures or contingencies to the client or third-party oversight.**Resource and Vehicle Usage (where applicable)** + Conduct pre-operational vehicle inspections. + Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and tools. + Appropriately manage resources assigned to the project. * Contracting Company Description: A Colombian company providing consulting, design, engineering, installation, and maintenance services for auxiliary services and fire protection systems in the industrial sector; conducts native species reforestation projects in response to governmental requests for regional native species.
