




**SOUTHERN COLOMBIA BREWERIES (BBC CERVECERÍA)** **Job Mission** Lead the execution of the marketing strategy at points of sale, ensuring visibility, effective activations, and experiences that strengthen brands, drive consumption, and contribute to profitable business growth. **Main Responsibilities** * Ensure proper communication and POP materials at points of sale. * Coordinate the production and distribution of promotional materials and campaigns. * Plan and execute experiences and events (live music / activations). * Identify opportunities to increase traffic and consumption by region. * Manage partnerships and suppliers to optimize resources and generate monetization. * Supervise the implementation of the strategy in company-owned and franchised outlets. * Negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness. **Education** * Professional degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields. **Experience** * Minimum of 4 years in roles related to Trade Marketing Management or point-of-sale execution. * At least 2 years in the industry (FMCG, beverages, retail, HORECA, or similar). **Technical Skills** * Management of POP materials and in-store branding. * Planning and execution of activations/events. * Supplier negotiation. * Coordination of campaigns and commercial communication. * Budget management and cost control. * Commercial partners and BTL/ATL (agencies). **Salary:** $4,000,000 + transportation allowance $1,000,000 + food allowance $200,000 Employment type: Full-time, Permanent
