The position is responsible for leading the kitchen operational team before, during, and after service, ensuring process efficiency, waste control, compliance with internal and external audits, and appropriate preparation for government agency inspections. Additionally, it drives continuous improvement initiatives, innovation, and process and product development, contributing to achieving operational objectives and end-customer satisfaction.
