A company dedicated to the production and processing of animal and vegetable fats and oils requires a **LOGISTICS COORDINATOR** for its team to plan, coordinate, and control logistics activities related to procurement, receipt, storage, inventory management, transportation, and dispatch of raw materials, finished products, and by-products—ensuring operational continuity, customer satisfaction, resource optimization, compliance with quality, food safety, industrial safety, road safety, and environmental standards. **EXPERIENCE** Minimum 1 year of experience leading logistics, warehousing, transportation, distribution, and inventory control processes in industrial, manufacturing, food, rendering, fats and oils, or related sectors. **ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS** **Requirement** * Industrial Engineering degree. * Logistics degree. * Logistics Management degree. * Production Engineering degree. * Business Administration degree with a focus on logistics. * Related fields. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** 1\. Coordinate the receipt of raw materials from suppliers and carriers. 2\. Ensure proper storage of animal fats, vegetable fats, oils, inputs, and packaging materials. 3\. Coordinate vehicle loading and unloading scheduling. 4\. Supervise dispatch operations for finished products and by-products. 5\. Monitor physical and system-based inventories of raw materials, finished products, and materials. 6\. Verify compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations during loading, unloading, and elevated work on vehicles. 13\. Coordinate handling and disposal of by-products generated in the process. 14\. Lead the investigation and analysis of logistics incidents, claims, and operational deviations. 15\. Submit periodic logistics performance and KPI reports to management. 16\.
