Position Summary: A professional who ensures the execution of commercial, production, and logistics projects, acting as a bridge between departments to guarantee correct fulfillment of sold items. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive project coordination from initiation to final delivery. 2. Key role as a liaison among multiple company departments. 3. Focus on ensuring quality and compliance with agreed-upon conditions. A professional, technician, or technologist with certified studies in quality is required. FUNCTIONS Plan, coordinate, control, and monitor OFIEXPORT’s commercial, production, logistics, and institutional projects, ensuring each contract, purchase order, or awarded project is executed within scope, timeline, cost, quality, and conditions agreed upon with the client. This position must serve as a **bridge between the commercial, production, procurement, warehouse, dispatch, installation, billing, and management departments**, ensuring that what is sold can be correctly executed and that each project is controlled from initiation through final delivery. Main Responsibilities 1. Project Planning * Receive, analyze, and structure each project approved by the commercial department or management. * Review project scope, quantities, technical specifications, delivery timelines, installation conditions, client location, and contractual obligations. * Develop execution schedules for office furniture, school furniture, institutional equipment, partitions, filing cabinets, chairs, workstations, tables, shelving, and other OFIEXPORT products. * Define activities required to execute each project, assigning responsible parties, start dates, delivery dates, and required resources. * Identify critical project points from the outset: special materials, manufacturing lead times, inventory availability, transportation, installation, payment terms, and non-compliance risks. * Coordinate internal kickoff meetings for significant projects, especially public contracts, institutional clients, or high-value projects.
