Requirements * Technical, technological, or professional degree in Engineering, Plastic Processing, Metrology, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in inspection or quality control in plastic packaging production plants. * Knowledge of quality processes, product inspection, and record management. * Availability to work rotating shifts. Responsibilities * Conduct quality inspection and control during production and on finished products. * Verify compliance with quality standards. * Inspect raw materials and supplies. * Record and report process anomalies. * Ensure adherence to established procedures. Conditions * Direct employment contract with the company. * Salary to be agreed upon. * Rotating shifts Sunday to Sunday: 6 AM–2 PM, 2 PM–10 PM, 10 PM–6 AM; 1 day off per week. * Work location: Bogotá – Puente Aranda.
