Are you ready to join us on this exciting journey and help us achieve our mission? **Job Description** * Prepare, conduct, and follow up on management system audits assigned. * Organize planning and logistics for audits (flights and accommodations), track the process, issue and send certificates. * Support the sales team in closing sales, addressing doubts and issues regarding processes and requirements. * Act as liaison with stakeholders. * Handle and follow up on reports, action plans, and commitments with clients to meet the purpose of satisfying their users' needs and expectations. * Provide support to the internal audit program and Quality Management System training. * Control assigned audit files (physical and electronic) ensuring they contain all required information according to internal procedures. * Make certification decisions within their management scope by reviewing audit opinions, related documentation, evaluation reports, etc., correctly applying compliance criteria in accordance with certification requirements. * Ensure audit files contain all required information according to internal procedures. * Prepare documents for accreditations (sector expansions, updates of conformity assessment standards, new schemes). * Handle requests and follow up on accreditations with ONAC. * Attend to clients requesting management system services, including service inquiries and complaints. * Ensure scheduling of assigned files is completed within the appropriate timeframe for each organization. * Maintain updated information in existing databases (file catalog, statistical techniques, installed capacity, etc.) to ensure traceability and accuracy of information for each certification process service. * Review requests, scopes, sales analysis, and quotations for new and renewal clients. * Develop and review audit agendas. * "Address and follow up on client questions and concerns. * Review invoices, certifications, and certificate issuance" * Manage and monitor NYCE's quality management system. * Evaluate files for quality, environmental, occupational health and safety management systems, and other technically competent areas. * Review documents and sign transfer certificate reports. * Develop high-value content for clients and stakeholders. * Conduct service monitoring according to procedure. * Qualify as Technical Expert. * Qualify as Auditor in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001. **Requirements** * Engineering degree in related fields, or Diploma in quality, environmental, or occupational health and safety management systems. * Minimum one year of experience in conformity assessment, standardization, and accreditation activities. Knowledge of national/international accreditation schemes.
