This position is for SUPPLA CARGO S A S. **Role Description** ----------------------- Plan, coordinate, and optimize national transportation operations, ensuring the availability and appropriate allocation of resources, vehicles, and routes to meet established service levels. Responsible for demand analysis, operational capacity assessment, performance indicator monitoring, and coordination with various internal departments and transportation providers—aiming for operational efficiency, cost control, and continuous improvement. ### **Working Hours** Availability to work rotating shifts: * 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. * 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. **Requirements** -------------- * Bachelor’s degree in **Industrial Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Logistics Management, Business Administration**, or related fields. * Additional training in **Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain** is preferred. * Minimum **2–3 years of experience in transportation planning and scheduling**. * Experience managing **owned and/or outsourced fleets**. * Experience in scheduling **vehicles, routes, and transportation services**. * Experience monitoring **transportation KPIs and service level metrics**. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Plan and manage operational and transportation capacity. * Analyze performance indicators (KPIs) and propose improvement actions. * Coordinate execution of operational plans with various business units. * Manage human, technological, and logistical resources to ensure productivity. * Identify operational risks and develop contingency plans. * Lead teams focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence. * Ensure compliance with DHL’s safety, quality, and service standards.
