Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction. **We Are Hiring a Workshop Manager!** We seek a committed, proactive, detail-oriented Workshop Manager to manage and supervise the proper performance of workshop activities and implement strategies to meet company-defined targets. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise workshop operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards, repair efficiency, and control of work orders in progress. * Manage the productivity of the technical team and service advisors, promoting operational order, continuous improvement, and optimal performance conditions. * Coordinate internal technical communication, ensuring staff updates via bulletins, manuals, and manufacturer guidelines. * Oversee end-to-end service execution, verifying full compliance with repair orders and managing timely spare parts availability with the warehouse. * Manage relationships with customers and internal departments, reporting service updates, ensuring high satisfaction levels, and preparing management reports within established timelines. **Working Hours:** Monday and Tuesday: 8 AM–4:30 PM; Wednesday to Friday: 8 AM–5 PM; Saturday: 8 AM–11 AM Salary: 2068368 \+Commissions based on performance variables City: Chía If you meet the profile and wish to join our team, apply now and grow with us!
