JOB DESCRIPTION Eosol Group seeks to hire a **Project Director** to participate in a major electrical engineering and distribution project in Bogotá. The selected candidate will be responsible for the overall direction and coordination of the project, including technical studies, field surveys, diagnostics, and design of medium- and low-voltage distribution networks. We are looking for a candidate with solid experience in engineering project management, leadership capabilities, a holistic view of the project, as well as expertise in the electrical sector and in quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management. **Key Responsibilities:** * Direct and coordinate engineering projects related to distribution networks up to 34.5 kV. * Supervise field survey, diagnostic, and design activities. * Coordinate technical and multidisciplinary teams. * Monitor project scope, timelines, quality, and compliance. * Supervise proper execution of technical and administrative activities. * Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety requirements. * Coordinate relationships with various project stakeholders. * Track deliverables, reports, and outcomes. **Requirements:** * University degree in Engineering and/or Administration. * Valid professional license, where applicable. * Postgraduate degree in Project Management, Operations Logistics, and/or Administration. * Minimum 5 years of certified experience, or demonstrable involvement in at least 3 projects, in managing engineering projects related to field surveys, diagnostics, and/or design of distribution networks up to 34.5 kV. * Knowledge of medium- and low-voltage distribution network design and engineering. * Knowledge of quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management systems. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience with ENEL * Experience in executing electrical and civil works. * Experience in electrical distribution projects. * Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams. * Familiarity with regulations and standards applicable to the electrical sector in Colombia. **Why Join Eosol Group?** We are a company that values its people.
