Collaborate in an environment with a powerful purpose and individual development. **Fire Prevention Technician** **RESH Inspector \- Occupational Health and Safety** **RESH (Risk, Environment, Health and Safety)** **About the Role:** Execute and support compliance with comprehensive risk management guidelines, policies, and procedures across all company departments, as well as monitor adherence to health and safety standards, regulations, and laws at work, aiming to prevent hazardous situations. **What You Will Do:** * Actively and comprehensively implement the company's occupational health and safety plan, aligning it with organizational objectives, the company's risk matrix, and legal occupational health system requirements. * Support the training and implementation plan defined for various company departments and the safety brigade, promoting self-care and prevention of any situation endangering personnel resources and integrity. * Review and authorize active high-risk work permits on-site. * Respond to government agency inspections related to RESH. * Conduct daily site inspections to identify and eliminate unsafe behaviors and conditions, reporting them on the platform designated by the company. * Comply with procedures and records ensuring adherence to applicable legal frameworks. * Participate in process meetings to ensure standards remain current through continuous review. * Report safety indicators. * Support the development and implementation of necessary actions to achieve ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certification\. * Supervise various contractors performing work under RESH responsibility. * Be part of the emergency response team. * Provide coaching on safety methodologies within the process. * Deliver safety training to plant personnel, new hires, and contractors. * Implement organizational policies and measures to comply with applicable legislation and internal standards. * Conduct evaluations for safety supervisors of contractor companies involved in high-risk tasks. Comply with occupational health and safety, quality and food safety, supply chain safety, environmental, compliance, enablers implementation, and life-saving rules defined by the company. * **Who We Are Looking For:** * Technical degree or professional degree in Occupational Health and Safety, or specialized training in Occupational Health and Safety with a valid SST license. * Minimum 1–3 years of experience in occupational health and safety within mass-consumption, manufacturing, or industrial-process companies. * Desirable knowledge in fire technology, first aid, industrial safety, high-risk tasks, 50-hour SST course, advanced and coordinator-certified safe working at heights course, and vehicle operation (Colombian B1 driver’s license).
