We want you to join our team just as you are!* **Position Summary** Responsible for building the image and role of Nestlé’s Infant Nutrition products among healthcare professionals and institutions within a specific territory, to drive compliant recommendations/promotions/prescriptions for these products. **A Day in the Life of...** * Collaborate with the National Medical Detailing Manager to define team objectives and KPIs. * Ensure implementation of Medical Detailing marketing strategies. * Negotiate participation in district events with scientific societies. * Prepare the marketing investment budget for the territory, monitoring and tracking activities and events. * Submit managerial reports on medical detailing execution: coverage, frequency, quality of panel databases, brand classification, segmentation, PEP/PEI follow-up, and compliance. * Identify business opportunities in new institutions and achieve continuous growth in those within the assigned zone. * Conduct public relations and negotiations with KOLs. * Ensure team participation and outstanding performance in various training activities organized by the Zone, local market, and EES/AES development initiatives. * Continuously review and validate professional classifications according to typographic distribution and fair coverage, ensuring overall consistency across all databases. * Validate compliance with instructions for flawless execution of medical detailing cycles—including focus products in the Route Bulletin, decision matrix, birth route, service types in institutions and private practice of HCPs, brand messaging and communication territories, and material distribution. * Monitor and continuously review territorial activities via MFF, using the HCP database to identify opportunities and propose strategies within the commercial force domain. * Ensure full compliance with the WHO Code, Nestlé Instructions, and local laws. * Support the development of direct reports and establish career development plans for the team. * Provide coaching, supervision, and mentoring to the team through a structured work plan implemented each cycle. **What Will Make You Successful** * Health, nutrition, dietetics, or related professional degree—or administrative degree with specialization/postgraduate studies preferably in business administration or marketing. * Minimum five (5) years of experience in Medical Detailing with nutritional/pharmaceutical/APMES products. * Knowledge of infant nutrition and pharmaceutical-sector products. * Understanding of stock levels, sales, selling conditions, pricing of own and competitive products. * Knowledge of marketing policies for breast-milk substitutes, Decree 1397 of 1992. * Understanding of overall corporate strategy and its objectives. * Knowledge of nutrition/pharmaceutical industry practices. * In-depth knowledge of AES/EES medical detailing communication skills, with commercial and negotiation focus. * Familiarity with the assigned territory and Medical Detailing panels to ensure coverage and frequency in assigned areas. * In-depth knowledge of IQVIA, Nielsen, and MDMS handling, analysis, and interpretation—supervision, report generation, reporting, and application administration. * Proficiency in online tools: Veeva, J.Pedia, JNutri, IPPN, PGPN. * Comprehensive understanding of the WHO Code and Nestlé Instructions. * Nestlé Management and Leadership Principles.
