As a Project Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and controlling information associated with engineering projects, tracking budgets, schedules, performance indicators, and documentation to ensure project delivery within established timeframes and budgets, while also guaranteeing information integrity and traceability per the Quality Management System guidelines.** ### **What You’ll Do** * ### **Prepare purchase requisitions in SAP for goods and services required by engineering projects.** * ### **Track purchase orders, contracts, insurance policies, and supplier deliveries.** * ### **Prepare financial and expense reports for project control.** * ### **Analyze and monitor budgets, identify variances, and support execution of corrective action plans.** * ### **Track project cash flow and associated payments.** * ### **Create and manage project schedules using Microsoft Project and other planning tools.** * ### **Monitor progress, identify risks, and promptly report cost or schedule deviations.** * ### **Coordinate with various involved departments to update project activities, dates, and constraints.** * ### **Manage project documentation, ensuring its timeliness, organization, and traceability.** * ### **Generate performance reports, metrics, KPIs, and progress updates for stakeholders.** * ### **Support continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned in project management.** ### **Required Qualifications** * ### **Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Administrative disciplines.** * ### **3–5 years of experience in roles related to engineering, administration, or project management.** * ### **Experience in project tracking and control, budgeting, and scheduling.** * ### **Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.** * ### **Knowledge and experience with SAP.** * ### **Experience with Microsoft Project or other scheduling and planning tools.** * ### **Analytical skills, organizational ability, attention to detail, and results orientation.** * ### **Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple organizational functions.** ### **Apply Now** ### **Pursue your professional aspirations with Abbott to explore diverse opportunities at a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
