Supports time and motion studies, ensuring continuous improvement. **Job Description** ---------------------- Design, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System, ensuring its effectiveness and regulatory compliance. Responsible for planning, implementing, maintaining, and improving the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with current regulations and ISO 9001 requirements. Leads internal and external audits, performance indicators, training, document control, corrective and preventive actions, and management review; provides technical advisory support to processes, monitors work plans and legal requirements, generates reports, and supports time and motion studies, ensuring continuous improvement and proper system operation. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Professional degree in Engineering or Administration, with specialization in Process Management or related fields. * Two (2) years of experience leading quality management and related areas. * Course on Humanization in Service.
