We are committed to elevating travel \& culinary experiences for all our customer's journeys, becoming the top choice in the region. **Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:** ================================================================================== 1\) Place raw material purchase orders. 2\) Attend to customer needs according to organizational parameters. 3\) Process payroll for assigned staff (reporting incidents, inventories, table closings). 4\) Schedule staff working hours for the point of sale. 5\) Submit sales reports to personnel responsible for financial control and monitoring within the organization. 6\) Reconcile cash register balances. 7\) Verify point-of-sale facilities against established hygiene and quality guidelines. 8\) Ensure a safe work environment for all: Maintain positive interpersonal relationships with the work team. Safeguard equipment assigned for performing duties. Adhere to assigned working hours and promptly report emergencies, medical leaves, or leave requests. Comply with the Internal Regulations Manual (RIT), company policies and procedures, and report any actions that may lead to non-compliance with such policies. Promote adherence to company-established norms, programs, and policies among the team. Attend scheduled trainings and meetings punctually. Deliver requested information to the supervisor on time. Maintain work areas in good condition: (cleanliness, order, and hygiene). Refrain from accepting gifts or cash from suppliers, customers, or other individuals with whom the company does business or may do business. 9\) Responsibilities under the Occupational Safety and Health Management System: Understand and be fully aware of the Occupational Safety and Health Policy. Ensure comprehensive care of one’s own health. Provide clear, complete, and truthful information regarding one’s health status, as well as comply with instructions and treatments prescribed by examining physicians, and undergo preventive examinations or treatments mandated by the company for all or specific employees in certain cases. Comply with norms, regulations, and instructions of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System adopted or implemented by the company (procedures, guidelines, manuals, use of personal protective equipment). Participate in occupational risk prevention through company-organized activities (medical examinations, trainings, workshops). Promptly inform the immediate supervisor or the person in charge of the OSH Management System (SG-SST) about hazards and risks identified at the workplace or via the HSE mailbox. Immediately report all work-related accidents or incidents. Ensure comprehensive environmental care by using natural resources available in the company (water, energy, paper, waste separation) rationally. Responsibilities in Lean Manufacturing: Maintain work areas in good condition: (cleanliness, order, and hygiene). Implement and monitor established action plans. Report improvement opportunities identified across various processes. **Additional functions as deemed necessary:** 1\) Manage inventories, receipt and return of raw materials. 2\) Table service, customer service, handling customer objections. 3\) Operate Globe and ICG systems. 4\) Safeguard tips. 5\) Ensure compliance with organizational policies. 6\) Inspect organizational infrastructure alongside cleaning and disinfection processes. 7\) Open and close the establishment.
