Location: Bogota (Hybrid Scheme) Key Responsibilities* Develop, test, and maintain software features using JavaScript, Node.js, XML, and TypeScript. * Lead a team of developers, ensuring successful delivery of projects. * Balance coding tasks with team management, including coaching and mentoring. * Collaborate with QA, Product, and leadership to align priorities. * Oversee code quality, technical design, and system performance. * Drive continuous improvement and Agile adoption within the team. * Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing. * Strong problem\-solving and debugging skills. * Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and production issues. Requirements* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. * 8\+ years of software development experience, with 2\+ years in a lead role. * Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, XML, and TypeScript. * Proven leadership skills and ability to manage distributed teams. * Experience with Agile/Scrum practices. * Strong communication and decision\-making skills. * Nice to have: C\+\+, Airline domain experience.
