Delivery tracking and generation of basic reports. **Location:** Remote – Colombia **ENGLISH B2** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. **WEEKENDS OFF** **Salary:** **4'200\.000 COP** \+ statutory benefits and overtime, **indefinite-term contract.** We are looking for a Dispatch professional to join a freight brokerage firm operating in the United States, Canada, and Mexico, acting as an intermediary between companies shipping goods (shippers) and transportation companies (carriers). Our mission is to ensure our clients’ shipments are handled by reliable carriers, at the most competitive cost possible, and with high service standards. As a Dispatch, you will directly interact with customers, carriers, shippers, and receivers across the United States, Canadian border, and Mexico. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate LTL dispatches with multiple carriers to secure competitive rates and capacity. * Identify and select reliable carriers to fulfill required shipments, negotiating competitive rates. * Enter and manage orders in the TMS (Transportation Management System). * Communicate changes, delays, or exceptions to customers, carriers, and warehouses. * Track deliveries and ensure adherence to transit timeframes. * Verify documents such as BOLs and PODs, and ensure their proper submission. * Report and record additional charges including re\-weighs, accessorials, detention, etc. * Support daily logistics planning and respond promptly to incoming emails and calls. * Generate basic reports and use tools such as Microsoft Excel and Word for tracking and control, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information. **Required Profile** * Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics or transportation, especially in LTL or 3PL operations. * Intermediate/advanced English level (spoken and written). * Proficiency in office tools (especially Excel). * Prior experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), preferably in U.S.-based companies. * Problem-solving ability, sound decision-making, and effective communication skills. * Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with attention to detail and delivery timelines. **Key Competencies** * Proactivity * Organization and follow-up * Effective communication * Teamwork * ENGLISH B2 Employment Type: Full-time Experience: * DISPATCH: 1 year (Mandatory) Language: * English (Mandatory) Work Location: Remote
