If you’re great at negotiating, love building strong relationships with carriers, and thrive in a fast\-paced, results\-driven environment, we want you on board. **What You’ll Do:** * Negotiate \& sell: Drive business by **negotiating competitive rates** for spot market and contracts, and sell loads to carriers. * Build relationships: Develop and **maintain strong, long\-term partnerships** with carriers to ensure successful freight movement. * Collaborate: Work closely with the sales team to **identify opportunities**, quickly respond to customer needs, and secure business. * Monitor \& adjust: **Track market trends**and adjust carrier rates to stay competitive. * Track \& trace: **Monitor shipments and track the movement** of goods to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that arise. **What You Bring:** * Experience in **Carrier Sales, Track and Trace or similar roles.** * Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals. * Excellent communication and relationship\-building abilities. * Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced environment and work well with a team.
