Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with customers This is a customer\-facing role responsible for coordinating post\-sales implementation activities, ensuring customer readiness, scheduling project milestones, and supporting successful project delivery from kickoff through project closure. This individual will serve as a key liaison between customers and internal technical specialists, helping ensure projects remain on schedule while delivering an outstanding customer experience. This is a fully remote position supporting customers across the United States. Location: Remote (LATAM) **About the Role** The Project Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring projects begin successfully and continue progressing smoothly throughout their lifecycle. This position is primarily responsible for coordinating customer onboarding activities, confirming implementation readiness, organizing project logistics, monitoring deliverables, maintaining project documentation, and supporting project closeout processes. While this position works closely with Project Managers and technical specialists, the primary focus is on organization, communication, follow\-up, and customer coordination rather than technical implementation. **Key Responsibilities** **Customer Coordination** * Serve as the primary customer contact during project onboarding. * Conduct initial outreach after projects are assigned. * Build strong professional relationships with customers. * Communicate project expectations and timelines. * Clarify customer questions and resolve coordination issues. * Ensure a seamless transition from project sale to implementation. **Project Readiness** * Verify customer readiness prior to implementation. * Confirm required server environments are prepared. * Verify remote access credentials and technical prerequisites. * Ensure all project requirements have been completed before kickoff. * Follow up with customers to prevent project delays. **Project Coordination** * Schedule project kickoff meetings. * Coordinate follow\-up meetings between customers and internal teams. * Manage project calendars and meeting logistics. * Track project milestones and deadlines. * Monitor outstanding action items. * Coordinate communication between customers, Project Managers, and technical specialists. **Project Administration** * Maintain accurate project documentation. * Update internal project tracking systems. * Monitor project progress and status. * Document project activities when required. * Support reporting and administrative activities for the Project Management team. **Project Closeout** * Coordinate project completion activities. * Ensure all deliverables have been completed. * Update internal systems upon project completion. * Assist with project closure documentation. * Support accounting\-related project completion processes. **Qualifications** **Required Experience** * 2–5 years of experience in Project Coordination, Project Administration, or Project Management. * Experience supporting customer\-facing projects. * Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
