




We require an administrative and billing assistant for a construction company: technical background in accounting and administration, with a minimum of 4 years of experience. Basic requirement: Proficiency in SIIGO cloud billing. Immediate availability. Responsibilities: * Handle calls, respond to inquiries, and receive visitors. * Maintain organized files, schedule appointments, manage documents, and perform photocopying. * Prepare reports, maintain office operations, and perform secretarial tasks. * Billing using SIIGO cloud * Assist in the submission of bids and proposals * Provide quotations and issue purchase orders * Process payments Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. \- 5:00 p.m. Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. \- 12:00 p.m. Position type: Full-time
