




The company **PACIFIC TRADIN GROUP S.A** Is looking for an **Administrative Assistant** to perform the following functions * Invoicing and order control * Inventory analysis and merchandise turnover * Accounts receivable collection * Coordination of orders, shipments, and supplier management * Provide support with documentation required for bids * Management of physical and digital files **Education** Technical or technological degree in administration, business management, or related fields. **Soft Skills:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Effective communication and professional writing. * Proactivity and teamwork ability. * Ability to work under pressure. **Competencies** * Office software proficiency: Excel, Word, Outlook (intermediate-to-advanced level). * Administrative processes and document management. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 5:00pm, Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm **Salary** $2,000,000 + social benefits Job type: Full-time
