Your challenge will be to timely execute collections management activities, customer creation, and document administration—ensuring effective collections recovery, the quality and reliability of recorded information, and compliance with corporate guidelines—thereby contributing to process efficiency, risk mitigation, and satisfaction of internal and external customers.

**Purpose of the Position**
Execute collections management process activities, guaranteeing timely recovery, maintaining a healthy portfolio, and minimizing loss risk, in compliance with corporate policies.
**What Will You Do in This Role?**
* Perform daily portfolio analysis, prioritizing collection activities.
* Manage overdue accounts and balances approaching maturity.
* Create customers in the system for collections management.
* Report credit limit availability for invoicing.
* Reconcile account statements with customers.
* Send portfolio statements and follow up on payment commitments.
* Prepare collections management reports.
* Maintain portfolio records in the information system.
* Track payment application coordination with Treasury.
* Manage cash refunds and portfolio cross-reconciliations.
* Support internal and external customers in information validation.
* Assist in order release processes according to portfolio conditions.
**Profile We Are Seeking**
**Academic Background:** Technology degree in Accounting, Administration, or related fields.
**Experience:** Minimum 1 year in collections management, receivables collection, or accounting processes.
Technical Knowledge
* Accounting.
* Collections management.
* Advanced Excel (pivot tables, reporting, VLOOKUP).
* Information systems proficiency.
* Preferred: PeopleSoft experience.
* Preferred: AI tool usage.

Work Schedules: Three Shifts
* Monday–Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Saturday 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
* Monday–Friday 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Saturday 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
* Monday–Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Saturday 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
