The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating daily transportation schedules, assigning drivers and vehicles, and monitoring routes to ensure on\-time pickups and deliveries. This role involves maintaining continuous communication with drivers, customers, and internal teams, responding to delays or service issues, and updating schedules as needed. The Dispatcher will use dispatch and tracking systems to log activities, document load details, and keep accurate records. Additional responsibilities include verifying shipment information, addressing customer inquiries, and supporting compliance with company policies and safety standards. **Qualifications** * Experience with dispatching or transportation coordination, including managing schedules, routes, and driver assignments. * Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly to drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders. * Proficiency with computers and dispatch systems, including data entry, tracking tools, and basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets). * Effective problem\-solving and time\-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and make quick decisions under pressure. * Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining logs, records, and shipment documentation. * Ability to remotely, including availability for a full\-time schedule that may involve occasional evenings or weekends, based on operational needs. * Knowledge of transportation or logistics industry practices and basic geography related to assigned service areas is preferred. * High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in logistics, trucking, or a related field is a must. \| Bilingual (English/Spanish) Job Type: Full\-time Work Location: Remote
