As a Paralegal, you will support attorneys in managing legal matters by conducting research, preparing documentation, and maintaining case files. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Conduct in\-depth legal research and analysis on a variety of legal matters.
* Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
* Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
* Communicate with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel to gather information and coordinate schedules.
* Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, and depositions, including managing exhibits, witnesses, and trial materials.
* Monitor updates in laws, regulations, and legal standards to support informed decision\-making.
* Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and handle legal correspondence.
* Support billing and timekeeping activities to ensure accurate records.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Law, or a related field.
* 2–4 years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal environment.
* Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
* Proficiency with legal research tools, electronic filing systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
