Opportunity for professional development and global career growth We are seeking a **Senior DevOps Engineer** to focus on platform reliability, advanced troubleshooting and automation for core platforms. In this role, you will serve as the escalation point for complex incidents, lead root cause analysis and drive the implementation of high\-risk architectural changes to ensure stability and cost optimization. **Responsibilities** * Serve as the escalation point and perform deep\-dive troubleshooting of infrastructure, containers and cloud services to resolve complex or prolonged incidents * Lead Root Cause Analysis for major or recurring issues, document findings and implement permanent corrective actions to reduce recurrence * Troubleshoot pipeline failures and maintain infrastructure\-as\-code with Terraform and Helm * Develop and optimize the CI/CD toolchain * Plan and execute non\-standard, high\-risk or architectural changes such as cluster migrations and major upgrades * Analyze system performance, adjust resources and tweak configurations for stability and cost optimization * Create and update Standard Operating Procedures and Runbooks * Conduct training sessions **Requirements** * 3\+ years of experience in a DevOps or platform engineering role * Proficiency in Kubernetes, Terraform and Helm * Skills in Bash scripting * Expertise in AWS IAM, EKS and ASG * Knowledge of AWS ALB/NLB, Route53 and RDS * Familiarity with AWS S3 and EC2 * Understanding of Security TLS certificates * English proficiency at B2 level or higher **Nice to have** * Familiarity with Mendix and Mendix App Infrastructure * Knowledge of Okta App Access * Background in Active Directory **We offer** * International projects with top brands * Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers * Healthcare benefits * Employee financial programs * Paid time off and sick leave * Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses * Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000\+ courses * Global career opportunities * Volunteer and community involvement opportunities * EPAM Employee Groups * Award\-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn *EPAM is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
