Create a productive and motivating work environment A leading company in the mining sector requires a **Human Resources Management Analyst in Medellín**, whose mission will be to manage the employee lifecycle—from attraction through development and retention—by analyzing data and implementing strategies to enhance performance, well-being, and regulatory compliance, consistently aligning human capital with corporate objectives through functions such as recruitment, payroll, employee wellness, training, and labor relations, to create a productive and motivating work environment. **Responsibilities:** \- Recruitment and candidate selection. \- Post job openings, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, manage the selection process and job offers. \- Manage training programs, professional development initiatives, and career path plans. \- Collect and analyze HR data (e.g., turnover, productivity) to propose evidence-based improvements and strategies. **Requirements:** * Experience: 2 years as a Human Resources Management Analyst, with experience in recruitment and hiring processes. * Education: Degree in Psychology, Human Resources / Human Talent Management, Business Administration, or related field. * Intermediate to Advanced Excel proficiency. * Experience using recruitment platforms. **Working Conditions:** * Indefinite-term contract. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Location: San Germán, La Iguaná, Medellín.
