Be part of an exclusive environment focused on excellence. **Bar Assistant** **Join our team!** A prestigious private club located in the northern zone of Bogotá (Cra. 45 \# 244\-95\) is seeking a Bar Assistant — a person with outstanding personal presentation, a service-oriented attitude, dynamism, and skills to provide warm and prompt service to our members and guests. This opportunity is preferably targeted at individuals residing in Suba Norte, Chía, Cajicá, Zipaquirá, or nearby areas, due to convenient commuting access to the club. **Job Objective** Support bar operations by ensuring timely preparation and service of beverages, proper supply of materials, and maintaining order and cleanliness in the area, thereby contributing to delivering a high-quality experience to the club’s members and guests. **Requirements** * High school diploma, technical or technological degree in Food and Beverage Service, Hospitality, Gastronomy, or related fields **Knowledge in:** * Customer service. * Preparation of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. * Table and bar service. * Food handling (valid certification). * Good hygiene and cleaning practices. * Minimum 6 months’ experience as a Bar Assistant, Assistant Bartender, Waiter, or in similar roles within clubs, hotels, restaurants, or bars. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in preparing and serving beverages according to established standards. * Maintain adequate stock of supplies, beverages, glassware, and utensils at the bar. * Ensure order, cleanliness, and proper appearance of the work area. * Support inventory control and report replenishment needs. * Comply with food and beverage handling protocols. * Provide courteous and prompt service to members and guests. * Support operations during club events and special activities. * Adhere to the club’s established quality, service, and presentation standards. **Competencies** * Service orientation. * Teamwork. * Agility and organization. * Excellent personal presentation. * Assertive communication. * Proactivity and commitment. * Responsibility and attention to detail. **Working Conditions** * **Contract type:** Fixed-term contract. * **Work schedule:** Wednesday to Sunday.
