This position is for SUPPLA S.A. **Role Description** ----------------------- A professional with a minimum of 3 years’ experience managing implementation of continuous improvement projects in logistics operations, applying key financial indicators to document the current state of a process and design its future state, using tools such as Flowcharts, SIPOC, or VMS. Application of frameworks such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or the PDCA cycle, using techniques to identify root causes—e.g., the 5 Whys, Ishikawa diagrams, or Pareto analysis. Ability to define, implement, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) measuring process efficiency and quality, utilizing pivot tables, logical functions, and preferably macros to automate tracking reports. Capability to present findings to both operational and managerial levels, translating technical data into actionable recommendations. English B1\. **Optional:** Specialist in Projects/Logistics or Lean Six Sigma/Logistics. **Experience:** 3 years of experience in areas handling logistical or operational continuous improvement processes. **Specific Knowledge:** Experience understanding logistical flows, warehouse design, productivity measurement, and operational processes. Ability to map processes, analyze data, and design digital-engineering-operational solutions. Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office Suite); familiarity with additional systems (e.g., Power BI, VBA) is preferred. Intermediate-to-Advanced Excel skills. English B1\. **Responsibilities:** ---------------------- Understand productivity objectives, variation, dispersion, direct time, and the operation’s scorecard. When necessary, conduct time-and-motion studies to define productivity objectives and KPIs aligned with operational (account) needs. Validate KPIs jointly with account leaders and generate alerts to support decision-making by leadership. Communicate each performance KPI objective to leaders, ensuring clear understanding of expectations—including communication to new team members. Serve as the primary OMS support for the account and ensure sustainable implementation. Manage documentation for each OMS element according to account requirements. Understand, support, and maintain the Performance Tracking Tool (WLM/PTS). Track and analyze site performance and incidents jointly with various leadership lines (productivity, variation, direct time, indirect time, and dispersion). Deliver performance presentations (Cube, variation, direct time, indirect time, dispersion, and culture). Lead continuous improvement for tool management and alignment with site improvement projects. Ensure updates to all OMS element templates at the site. Engage functional areas to participate in various OMS routines. Manage cultural indicators and provide visibility to Site Management.
