Job Summary: We are seeking a Data Analyst for an AI-First commercial system, responsible for cleaning, consolidating, analyzing commercial data, and developing reports to support decision-making. Ongoing support and direct contact with Management **We Are Looking for a Data Analyst — Commercial Focus** At **Assis Pronta Seguridad**, we have implemented an operational AI-First commercial system: automated prospecting processes, CRM, lead generation engines, and AI agents working daily. We seek the person who will **operate this system and transform its outputs into reliable information for decision-making.** **What Will Be Your Challenge?** * Clean and maintain an impeccable commercial database: duplicates, formats, outdated information. * Consolidate information currently scattered across multiple platforms and ensure it speaks a common language. * Build end-to-end funnel traceability: origin of each prospect, qualification criteria, assigned representative, and final outcome. * Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs for decision-making. * Analyze commercial performance: which sources generate results, where opportunities are lost, and how long the funnel takes. * Execute prospecting campaigns and sequences: segment audiences, upload lists, launch campaigns, and track performance. * Qualify and deliver prospects to the sales team, verifying they are actively being worked. * Monitor automated processes and escalate promptly when failures occur. * Propose data-driven improvements. **We Are Looking for Someone With:** * Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, Marketing, Systems, Business, or related fields. * **3 to 4 years** of experience in commercial data analysis, business intelligence, commercial operations, or CRM administration. * **Advanced spreadsheet skills**: pivot tables, cross-source data linking, cleaning large datasets. * Proven experience **cleaning and consolidating databases**. * Proficiency in **CRM** (Pipedrive preferred) and **visualization tools** (Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar). * Operational-level **n8n**: reviewing executions, identifying failed processes, and adjusting parameters within existing workflows. * Use of **artificial intelligence as a work tool**: assistants and prompts for research, classification, data cleaning, and reporting. * Knowledge of **personal data protection (Habeas Data)** applied to commercial prospecting. * **Discipline and consistency** * Rigor with data and ability to explain numerical insights in simple language. **Nice-to-Have Experience Includes:** * SQL queries or reading relational databases. * Commercial analytics, sales, or B2B marketing. * Prospecting and data enrichment platforms (Apollo or similar). * WhatsApp Business API and bulk email tools. * B2B sectors involving consultative sales, technology, or electronic security. **What Do We Offer?** * A commercial system **already built and operational** — you won’t start from scratch. * **Training in the Strategic Pipeline Generation methodology** from Pipeline Business School: full access to the training program as your work guide. * Support during your first months and direct contact with Management. * **Work Mode:** In-person · La Castellana, Bogotá * **Salary:** To be agreed upon based on experience * **Contract Type:** Direct employment with the company **Apply by sending your resume to:** recursos.humanos@assisprontaseguridad.com Subject line: Data Analyst and include your salary expectation Application Question(s): * Please state your salary expectation * Please provide your phone number Work Location: In-person employment
