Join us in shaping our future–and yours. **Role reports to:** DEMAND PLANNING MANAGER**Location:** Latin America, Colombia, Valle del Cauca, Cali**Work Location:** Hybrid**What you will do** Analytical and results-oriented professional responsible for supporting the S\&OP process through data analysis, market trend review, and sales behavior analysis. Capable of collaborating with commercial, marketing, and E2E teams to ensure effective planning that optimizes inventory and service levels. Responsibilities * Analyze and monitor key performance indicators (MAPE, BIAS, INV, etc.). * Generate reports and analyses to support business decision-making. * Maintain data quality, integrity, and timeliness of demand data. * Analyze historical datasets and forecasts to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities. * Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and E2E teams. **What we are looking for?** Required Qualifications * Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related analytical disciplines. * Two years of experience handling data and analyzing information. * Knowledge of the S\&OP process. * Knowledge and experience in demand forecasting and supply chain management. * Data handling skills. * Analytical ability and problem-solving proficiency.
