Use of inclusive language and differential approach in communication. **Join our team!** We are looking for a **Social Communication Professional** with experience in event hosting and presentation, excellent oral expression, and the ability to connect with diverse audiences. **Requirements** * Social Communication Professional. * Minimum **2 years of experience** as a host, master of ceremonies, communicator, or in similar roles. * Experience in **implementing inclusive language** and communication with a differential approach. * Excellent command of oral expression, diction, audience management, and effective communication. * Ability to perform confidently and dynamically during extended working hours. * Excellent personal presentation and service-oriented attitude. **Offer Conditions** **Date:** Saturday, September 5 and Sunday, September 6 **Schedule:** 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. **Salary:** To be agreed upon, based on experience and profile. **Main Responsibilities** * Host and conduct scheduled activities during the event. * Deliver interventions, announcements, and transitions between different activities. * Interact dynamically and respectfully with attendees. * Appropriately apply **inclusive language** in interventions and content. * Coordinate and maintain ongoing communication with the organizing team. * Contribute to creating a positive and approachable experience for participants. **Profile We Are Seeking** A **charismatic, dynamic, responsible, and highly communicative** individual, capable of managing audiences, improvising when necessary, and appropriately representing the event’s image. **If you have the required experience and profile, we want to meet you!** Workplace: On-site employment
