Job Summary: Support human resource management, schedule onboarding programs, assist with performance evaluations, monitor disciplinary processes, and support the implementation of corporate policies. Collaborate on employee well-being. **Job Description** ---------------------- Support the Company’s human resource management processes. ´\- Schedule and execute the new employee onboarding program in compliance with the corporate onboarding policy, ensuring initial training for human resources and their adaptation to the work environment. ´\- Provide support to teams during performance evaluations, culture surveys, and other corporate processes. ´\- Monitor disciplinary processes. ´\- Support the implementation of corporate and legal policies. ´\- Support employee well-being processes and benefits. ´\- Support the talent acquisition team in salary reviews and communication with hiring managers. ´\- Support the occupational health and safety team to ensure compliance with legal standards. ´\- Analyze Company culture and turnover indicators. ´\- Report employee separations and hires to the Compensation and Salaries department. ´\- Manage and execute cultural, sports, recreational, and general well-being activities, and maintain proper attendance records. ´\- Address employee requests or inquiries related to services or information specific to this area. ´\- Develop innovative strategies for this area. ´\- Monitor the onboarding process for new hires, * Monitor the development process for Company employees. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree * 2 or 3 years of experience **Selection Process** ------------------------ Our selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
