Job Summary: We are seeking a Multi-Warehouse Inventory Coordinator to ensure inventory control, traceability, and accuracy by supervising movements and generating key information. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a **Multi-Warehouse Inventory Coordinator** to ensure inventory control, traceability, and accuracy across **7 warehouses**, guaranteeing proper management of receipts, shipments, transfers, and reconciliations between physical inventory and the system. What will be your challenge? You will be responsible for maintaining **rigorous and reliable inventory control**, supervising product movements, conducting audits and cycle counts, identifying discrepancies, and generating key information for decision-making. Key Responsibilities * Record and validate **domestic purchases and imports**, verifying invoices, *packing lists*, purchase orders, and received quantities. * Control and record **shipments and transfers of goods among different warehouses**. * Ensure inventory traceability in **rolls, linear meters, and kilograms**. * Coordinate and/or conduct **physical counts and cyclic audits** across the 7 warehouses. * Perform reconciliations between physical inventory, warehouse reports, and the **ERP/WMS**. * Identify and track **shortages, overages, damages, and shrinkage**. * Prepare reports on **inventory turnover, idle inventory, adjustments, and discrepancies** for management. * Analyze inventory and storage needs to support efficient merchandise distribution. What are we looking for? **Education:** Technician or graduate in Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management Control, or related fields. **Experience:** 2–3 years of experience in **inventory control, warehouse auditing, or ledger (kardex) management**, preferably in commercial companies. **Knowledge:** * Proficiency in **ERP/WMS – Inventory module**. * Ledger (kardex) and inventory control using various units of measurement. * Import processes. * **Intermediate-to-advanced Excel**, including lookup formulas, pivot tables, and reconciliations.
