Position Summary: Comprehensive management of the institutional library, including service optimization, planning, staff development, and design of training programs. Key Highlights: 1. Optimize and develop library services and implement new ones. 2. Lead administrative management of library staff. 3. Design training programs for using library resources. **Job Description** ---------------------- Carry out activities related to knowledge organization and dissemination, optimizing current services and implementing new ones. Actively participate in consolidating the Institutional Horizon, its formative dimensions, and the Institutional Educational Project, through the acquisition, planning, and execution of the Library Project across the institution’s three campuses. Plan administrative management of assigned staff to ensure optimal library operation by developing the team under supervision, identifying training needs, and promoting necessary actions to strengthen individual and collective capabilities, evaluate performance, and monitor professional development plans. Design training programs enabling the entire community to learn about and effectively use various library services and resources, thereby providing consistent support for student learning processes; similarly, conduct training for users of the institution’s educational platforms. Research emerging trends in information unit management to assess their potential implementation for continuously improving library services. Other responsibilities may apply.
