Job Responsibilities * Conduct periodic inspections and fault diagnostics on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment. * Perform preventive, scheduled, and unscheduled maintenance according to established procedures and manufacturer specifications. * Repair and replace defective mechanical components, including motors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, seals, valves, and transmission systems. * Interpret mechanical drawings, hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams to identify and resolve issues. * Collaborate with other departments for planning and executing continuous improvement projects and new installations. * Document maintenance activities, recording failures, repairs, downtime, and spare parts consumption. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations in all maintenance tasks. * Actively participate in improving maintenance procedures and optimizing equipment reliability. Job Qualifications * Technical or technological degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within industrial environments, preferably in processing or manufacturing sectors. * Solid knowledge of industrial mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and lubrication. * Ability to interpret technical drawings and diagrams. * Proficiency with workshop tools and equipment, including measuring instruments, welding, and cutting tools. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating high initiative and proactivity. * Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends as required by operational needs. * Basic knowledge of industrial safety and chemical handling. **Give meaning to your career and help us make a difference: become a transformation champion!** Follow us on LinkedIn *Thank you for your interest in joining our team.
