For sampling activities, the company provides training and orientation to new staff. Requirements: reside in Cali, have experience riding motorcycles, own a motorcycle in good condition, maintain up-to-date vehicle documentation, possess knowledge of local addresses, and have no traffic fines. Non-salary benefits: monthly mileage allowance of $452\.731, covering fuel, vehicle documentation, and periodic motorcycle maintenance; monthly allowance of $35\.000 for data and communications.
