We are one of the most experienced food manufacturing plants in the Bogotá market. We are currently seeking Bakers **Working Conditions:** Indefinite-term contract with the company. Payment of statutory benefits and overtime hours. **Base Salary:** $1\.838\.450 \+ Food allowance: $90\.000\. **Schedule:** Rotating day and night shifts (7:00 am to 3:00 pm and 9:00 pm to 5:00 am), Sunday to Sunday, with one weekly day off. Availability to work at the production plant located at Calle 97 with Carrera 15, Bogotá. **Requirements:** Minimum 1 year of recent and verifiable experience. Experience handling dough, fermentation, and baking. Adherence to established recipes and processes. Quality control of the final product.
