They are employed by retail establishments. * Supervise and coordinate sales and cashier staff. * Assign duties and prepare work schedules. * Authorize payments by check and merchandise exchanges. * Sell merchandise to customers. * Attend to and resolve customer complaints. * Requisition merchandise, maintain specific inventory records, and organize merchandise. * Prepare reports on sales volume, merchandise, and personnel-related matters. * Hire and train staff.
