We are currently seeking a **Security Guard** for our headquarters located in Bosa. Among the main responsibilities are continuous surveillance and control of administrative and plant areas, ensuring facility security, compliance with established protocols, and protection of employees, visitors, and company assets. Main Responsibilities: * Conduct constant surveillance of administrative and plant facilities. * Control the entry and exit of staff, visitors, and vehicles. * Carry out preventive security patrols according to established procedures. * Promptly report any incident or situation posing a risk to the company. * Verify compliance with internal safety regulations. * Maintain required logs and controls during the shift. Offer Conditions: * **Position:** Security Guard. * **Contract Type:** Direct employment with the company. * **Salary:** $1\.800\.000 per month. * **Additional Benefits:** Overtime pay, night shift premiums, and all statutory benefits. * **Payment Schedule:** Biweekly (on the 15th and 30th of each month). * **Work Schedule:** Rotating 12-hour shifts, both day and night. The work schedule involves a team of 4 guards rotating weekly. * **Location:** Calle 57U Sur \# 76A \- 41, Bosa, directly opposite the TransMilenio Bosa station.
