Job Summary: Mission: To comprehensively maintain physical assets throughout their lifecycle in production areas and backup equipment, ensuring zero operational impact and high reliability. Key Highlights: 1. Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of assets. 2. Ensure availability and reliability of production equipment. 3. Promote solutions for improving operations and technologies. **PURPOSE / MISSION** To comprehensively perform maintenance on physical assets across the full lifecycle of production areas and backup equipment—covering electrical and electronic systems—while managing resources under the following principles: **zero** operational or personnel impact, equipment reliability, product safety assurance, high return on productive fixed assets, operational flexibility to meet customer and consumer needs, and rational resource use grounded in a sustainability culture. **RESPONSIBILITIES** 1\. Monitor, manage, administer, and execute preventive, predictive, tribology-based, and/or corrective maintenance plans for productive fixed assets, reporting completed tasks and findings within no more than 24 hours after activity completion. 2\. Support the production process during operations, ensuring equipment availability and reliability, and promptly reporting abnormalities to the immediate supervisor and the production process manager. 3\. Provide technical support when required by the technical team. 4\. Manage indicators related to equipment reliability, card repair resolution, fault management, spare parts inventory control, preventive plan compliance, and fault analysis. 5\. Participate in and promote solutions aimed at improving operations, equipment, and the adoption of new technologies. 6\. Support, monitor, and manage the spare parts inventory in the warehouse. 7\. Manage spare parts and service requests submitted by the assigned technical team. 8\. Monitor execution of the maintenance management budget, ensuring alignment with the activity and cost plan. 9\. Manage technical process information using control and digital tools such as FIORI, Technical Library, and Data Studio indicators. 10\. Complete the training and retraining programs required for job performance.
