Position Summary: We are seeking a professional or advanced student in IT with experience in infrastructure management, cybersecurity, system administration, and technology projects to ensure continuous operational availability and information security. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in Information Security Strategy (ISO 27001) 2. Implementation of generative AI to enhance productivity 3. End-to-end management of corporate infrastructure and systems **EDUCATION**: Professional and/or final-semester student in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields **EXPERIENCE:** Minimum two (2) years of experience in technology-related areas. **TRAINING:** * Cybersecurity * Scrum certification * ITIL 4. * Personal data protection. **KNOWLEDGE** * Specific platforms (Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, Google Cloud). * Database administration (SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, etc.). * Technology license and asset management. * Agile and traditional methodologies for IT projects. * Development and maintenance of corporate information systems. * Cloud architecture. * Automation: process automation tools (RPA or API-based integrations). * Artificial intelligence: ability to implement generative AI tools that improve productivity across other Servialco departments. * Basic knowledge of SQL language and database engines. * Design, implementation, and deployment of technological infrastructure for offices, including LAN networks, structured cabling, workstations, connectivity, IP telephony, and services. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Management of Windows Server and associated services. * Active Directory administration, including Group Policy Objects (GPO) and access control. * Administration of corporate domains in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. * Identity and Access Management (IAM). * Administration of antivirus solutions and information security policies. * Firewall management and monitoring. * Implementation of backup strategies for sensitive information. * Leadership of the Information Security Strategy under ISO 27001. * CCTV system administration. * Management of biometric devices for physical access control. * ERP system administration and functional support to user departments. * Coordination of system integrations. * Planning, execution, and tracking of new technology projects. * Evaluation, quotation, and implementation of new technology solutions. * Leadership of the department to ensure continuous system operation. * Design and oversight of preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for infrastructure. * Supervision of configuration, administration, and monitoring of routers, switches, and access points to ensure optimal network connectivity. * Preparation of the IT department budget. * All duties related to the position. **Compensation to be agreed upon
