Position Summary: We are seeking an Accompaniment Manager to support patients, generate health status reports, and report patient progress to the ARL. Key Responsibilities: 1. Patient care assistance 2. Preparation of health reports 3. Reporting patient progress to the ARL **AGS Colombia, a consulting, oversight, and auditing firm serving the healthcare sector, requires an Accompaniment Manager for its team in San Gil.** **Requirements:** **Technical, Technological, or Professional degree in Nursing Assistant, Rural Physician, Therapist, Psychologist, General Physician, or Health Administration.** **Minimum six months of experience in clinical or administrative healthcare roles.** **RETHUS certification is mandatory.** **Responsibilities: Accompanying patients at the IPS to which they have been referred; preparing patient health status reports; reporting patient progress to the ARL; submitting required documentation from the IPS, among others.** **Contract Type: Service Provision Agreement** **Honorarium: $110\.000 per accompanied patient.** **Work Location: On-site employment** **Working Hours: Availability required from 6 AM to 10 PM, Monday through Sunday; patient accompaniment at the clinic will occur within this time frame.** **If you meet the profile and are interested in participating in this project, please send your resume to Talento.humano@agsamericas.com.co with the subject line: Accompaniment Manager – SAN GIL** **For more information, contact via WhatsApp at 3174027637.
